For me - and others like me - there is a negative voice that has followed us and hounded us for years. Now, I finally realize that failing to learn a positive voice is often tantamount to self-destruction. In times of stress, we often turn to that familiar negative litany of not good enough, not smart enough, not responsible enough. How much good does that do in our lives? In the lives of those we love who love us well? |

Likely, not much good at all. Often, that negative voice can lead us to depression and self-doubt. Perhaps even lead us back to our self-destructive ways. There must be a better way! I have learned that better way through the use of positive affirmations - I hope you find them to be helpful as well! |

*Serenity of Heart* |
I am at peace with myself. |
I am always in harmony with the Garden of My Heart. |
I am filled with the Love of my Creator. |
I am at peace with all those around me. |
I am working towards providing a harmonious place for myself and those I love. |
The more honest I am with those around me, the more love & acceptance is returned to me. |
I express my anger and frustration in appropriate ways so that my peace and harmony are balanced at all times. |
